Aside from providing excellent music lessons, the Lawrenceville-Suwanee School of Music’s biggest priority is to create a lasting impact on the students and families that enter the school. In doing so, we have been recognized as the best in their hearts and the Best of Gwinnett. Winning our first award in 2015, LSSM has continued an 9-year streak as the growth of our school increased.
Being selected as the “Best of Gwinnett” is not an easy task. With a population of over 900,000 and competing amongst several organizations across 15 cities, it’s an honor to participate in such an achievement in Gwinnett County. The Best of Gwinnett winners and nominees are chosen by a combination of readers’ votes and editors’ input. The process starts with a nomination on the Best of Gwinnett website, and voting remains open for up to 10 months. Winners from organization-specific categories are announced between three segments: Best of Gwinnett, Among the Best, and Ones to Watch. The “Best of Gwinnett” award is the highest designation given to the businesses that receive the most significant number of votes for their category.
Receiving the Best of Gwinnett award ensures our clients know they are walking into a facility that, for over 9 years, has created a strong impression on the community. The Lawrenceville-Suwanee School of Music won this award due to excellent teachers, superior office managers, encouraging parents, and dedicated students. We are grateful for positive support from the community. With love as our motto and excellent musicianship as our goal, we’ll continue to serve our students with zeal and passion.
